Mary Valley Scarecrow Festival
The Mary Valley Scarecrow Festival began in Maleny and Conondale some 15 years ago.
In a setting behind Queensland's glorious Sunshine Coast, one of the best scarecrow festivals around Australia has happened during August and September almost every year since the mid 90s.
Kenilworth joined in to the fun the year after its humble beginnings. Since then it has spread down the Mary Valley to include Brooloo, Imbil, Kandanga, Amamoor, and Dagun.
